Our washing machine broke down on Friday. On Saturday, just before closing time, we received very friendly and competent advice and a good offer. The new appliance was delivered the following Monday (despite the current delivery difficulties), installed, and the old one taken away. I'm glad I didn't order it online, because the service was well worth the relatively small price difference, and it was faster and more convenient too. Highly recommended.
